Reach out when someone you know becomes silent, you just may save someones life. If a friend/family member/coworker tells you they are “fine” but you don’t believe them, trust your instincts and let them know. Friend: “How are you hun?” Me: “I’m alright thanks, you?” …because its easier to just say i’m fine than to explain what I’m really feeling.
